If you think you are the owner of a domain name and find someone else as the registrant, it means someone else is the owner of the domain. Most probably it’s usually happening to be the person who is managing your domain and website or the company you have designed your website or bought your domain name. You must take care of this when you buy a domain name from some company that you must get a control panel of domain and also of the hosting account to be apart from this type of disputes. Don’t share your id and password of control panels with anyone to stop unauthorized ownership transfer. Unfortunately we cannot change the down ownership without a legal ownership change document, a court order and a order from world Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).
