Reset your client area (billing) password by call / email / chat

It is human nature that tend to forget thins and very often lose important information by deleting emails etc. We always consider our clients welfare as our top priority, so even if you have forgotten your client area password misplaced the details or you don’t have access to the email id you have registered with us. Whatever the reason is, we will not ask but get you the access of our client area section only if you can verify yourself as you mentioned us while you were registered with us.

To regain or change your email id at our record, you have to confirm your identity to you. Following are the documents we recognize.

To proof Legal Name :

(i) Passport
(ii) PAN card
(iii) Voter’s Identity Card
(iv) Driving license
(v) Identity card (subject to the bank’s satisfaction)
(vi) Letter from a recognized public authority or public servant verifying the identity and residence of the customer to the satisfaction of bank.

To proof Correct permanent address :

(i) Telephone bill
(ii) Bank account statement
(iii) Letter from any recognized public authority
(iv) Electricity bill
(v) Ration card
(vi) Letter from employer (subject to satisfaction of the bank)

We don’t want you to go through this lengthy process again so we encourage regular information updates, you can update your details by logging into client area once got access.
Note :- Even though we always want easy processing but as a domain and website is your asset and we value it very much, you might feel that the process is slow but we need to confirm your identity to reissue the details.
