Resetting your cPanel password using our clients area

If you have forgotten your cPanel password and somehow misplaced your web hosting welcome email from us, you can reset it using our billing section at Clients Area.

Please note, cPanel account password can only be reset if you have access to your clients area. If you also have forgotten clients area password you can easily recover. You can also regain access to your client area by call / email / or chat by submitting your identity proof.  Read article following article to know more.

How to reset client area password?

To reset your cPanel account password you should follow the following steps:-

Step 1. Log in to your Client Ares.

Step 2. Click on the link “My Emails” on top right of the website

Step 3. You can find all the email we have sent you, just find the email with subject “Hosting Details”

Step 4. If you have changed the password you should go to Submit Ticket

Step 5. Generate a ticket with subject “Forgot cPanel Password” and fill full form

Step 6. After completing the for just click on submit button.

Your cPanel password will be generated and emailed to your email id registered with us.
